Little Dresses with Hope & Love

We are making a brand new little dresses for girls in developing country as a sign of hope, created with love and prayers.

In 2008 a woman named Rachel Alexader O’Neill started a sewing project using pillow cases for dresses and calling it “Little Dresses for Africa”. (www.littledressesforafrica.org)

In 2011 an Altar and Rosary Society of St. Patrick’s  Church in Maytown, Illinois, started sewing little dresses for a Lenten project and is still sewing today.

In 2017, Faith United Methodist Church in Downers Grove, Illinois, launched  their mission by the grace of God and the dedication of the women willing to serve.

In 2019, we became aware of  Faith UMC’s dedication. So we joined their project by praying and sewing. And 2020, we started to make our own dresses.
